Privacy Policy

Information stored on your device

Your selected vocal range, goals, routines, reminder preferences, completed-session ratings, and private journal notes are stored locally on your device. We do not receive your journal text or a recording of your voice.

Microphone, camera, photos, and location

VoxReady does not request microphone, camera, photo-library, or location permission. Accompaniment is generated on your device.

Purchases

Apple processes subscriptions, restores, and offer-code redemption. VoxReady receives StoreKit entitlement and transaction status needed to unlock Premium, but does not receive your full payment-card details.

Optional AI warm-up focus

Only after you explicitly agree, VoxReady sends the selected warm-up duration, comfortable note range, goal, and device language through our secure gateway to OpenAI or Google Gemini. It does not send audio or microphone recordings.

The gateway records the app, a random installation identifier, country, language, app environment, model, request input and output, status, timing, and cost for up to 90 days for feature operation, failure and abuse investigation, and spending controls. These records are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. You can decline and keep using the standard warm-up without the AI focus.

Analytics and diagnostics

VoxReady uses Mixpanel's European endpoint to understand anonymous product interactions such as onboarding progress, routine starts, feature tabs, StoreKit availability, and purchase outcomes. Mixpanel receives a randomly assigned device identifier and these event properties for analytics. IP-based geolocation and automatic event collection are disabled. We do not send your name, email, vocal range, journal text, support messages, recordings, or audio to Mixpanel, and this data is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, iOS stores recurring notification schedules for the selected days and time. You can disable them in VoxReady or system Settings.

Children

VoxReady is a general-audience singing practice tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should manage purchases and device permissions for a child.

Your choices

Delete VoxReady to remove its local app data, subject to iOS backup behavior. You can also reset VoxReady's anonymous analytics identity by deleting and reinstalling the app. Subscription management and purchase history are controlled through Apple. Changes

We may update this policy when the app or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
